DMCA Policy

1. Overview

PBG Officials respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on any PBG Officials platform, please provide us with a written notice containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on our platform.
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

5. Repeat Infringers

PBG Officials may terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright, in accordance with the DMCA.

6. Good Faith

Please note that misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. We recommend consulting a legal professional before filing a notice if you are unsure whether your rights have been infringed.
